For more than three decades, the Prime Health Foundation has supported Kansas City area nonprofits working to strengthen the health of underserved communities. In 2022, the Prime Health Board of Directors adopted a strategic plan that prioritizes improvements in the health, mental health, and social determinants of health of youth and men of color ages 14 to 64.
The foundation will direct support to programs operating in Jackson County, MO, and Wyandotte County, KS, that focus on reducing health disparities and improving social and community conditions that impact the quality of life for youth and older men of color. With this commitment, the foundation is looking to partner with organizations engaged in helping boys and men of color thrive.
We look forward to sharing our progress with you.
