2024 Grants Schedule
The Prime Health Foundation has adopted a streamlined strategic focus on health and mental health needs and social determinants of health that impact the health and well-being of young men and men of color, ages 14 – 64. Beginning in 2023, the foundation’s grantmaking will be directed to programs and services in Jackson County, MO, and Wyandotte, KS, that are targeted toward this demographic category.
As the Prime Health Board of Directors implements this strategic priority, applications will be by invitation, starting in 2023.
Grants will be awarded annually, within a range of $25,000 to $40,000.
2023 Application Timeline
